Find a Way
We work hard to identify solutions for our clients and ourselves. If we don’t know how to do something, we figure it out. If we can’t do something, we find someone who can. For instance, when a global pandemic and labor shortage made recruiting campaign volunteers a challenge, we combined old school yard signs, new tech QR codes and a little creativity to get our message across.
Be Curious. Not Judgmental.
Borrowed from Ted Lasso. We don't assume that we know why our coworkers, clients or vendors are acting a certain way. When someone does something different than we expected (or exactly how we expected but different than we think they should), we try to understand why.
Work to Live. Don't Live to Work.
While some people use this idea as an excuse not to work hard, we see it as the reason we work hard. We give our all to make our clients successful so that we can support the life that we want to live. We get things done. But we also coach youth sports, go to elementary school lunches, and cut out early to see Steph Curry graduate.
